Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with venue in Copenhagen. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes amicably. For consumer disputes, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by Danish or EU authorities.
